Hi! I’m Sara
NBC-HWC and Founder of Ceyora Health
Hi, I'm Sara Goulder. I'm an NBC-HWC working in the space conventional breast cancer care doesn't touch: the long-term effects on body, mind, and daily life that show up after active treatment ends. Through an evidence-based program grounded in data, technology, and the latest science, I help women navigate medically induced menopause and everything that comes after.
My philosophy is simple: share what's real, work with the latest research, and use data and technology to track real progress. Becoming your own best advocate is the most powerful thing you can do for your health, and that starts with the right information and the right tools to act on it.
My path here hasn't been linear. I've been a runner since my teens, earned a master's in physical therapy, worked as a clinician for a decade, completed an MBA, and spent over 20 years in tech marketing. I was a biohacker before it had a name, always curious about how our bodies work and how we can optimize them. But my real education came through personal experience. Watching my mother navigate misdiagnoses and breast cancer with little support showed me early on how underserved women's health can be. She passed away at 67 from preventable cardiac disease tied to the cardiovascular changes of menopause, a window of risk that wasn't well recognized at the time. My own breast cancer diagnosis in 2013 was another turning point, teaching me to ask deeper questions and trust my intuition when the standard answers weren't enough.
What energizes me now is working with women who want to learn, understand their bodies, and take real ownership of their health. Together, we focus on what actually matters: managing stress, improving sleep, optimizing metabolic pathways, and protecting the relationships and routines that keep you grounded. We track real metrics along the way so you can see what's working, adjust what isn't, and build the kind of confidence that comes from evidence, not guesswork. My goal isn't just to help you get through this. It's to help you build a Version 2.0 you can accept and respect.
