This program is for women who want to do more than manage symptoms. It's for women ready to change the habits that shape their long-term health: to build a mind and body equipped to manage stress, strengthen immune function, reduce disease risk, and create an internal environment that protects.

A complete coaching experience designed around you: your goals, your pace, your priorities.

Pre-Program Onboarding

Comprehensive assessments: health history (treatment plan, meds, labs, Dexa scan, etc.), values, symptoms, and sleep to establish your personal baseline.

12 Coaching Sessions

Weekly 60-minute one-on-one sessions with a certified health coach trained in Motivational Interviewing and Appreciative Inquiry. Session 1 is extended to 90 minutes.

Curated Resources

Personlaized evidence-based handouts, guides, and tools for each domain delivered before sessions so your coaching time focuses entirely on you.

Personalized Experiments

Weekly practices designed with you, not assigned to you, so you're always working on what matters most.

Progress Tracking
